HelloStoreUSA is legally required to accurately list the purchase amount/value on each shipment.
Customers are responsible for GST, PST, VAT or any other applicable taxes for your area.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All items from HelloStoreUSA ship from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.
BASIC SHIPPING (STANDARD SIZE)
Small or foldable items (photo cards, phone straps, mini-towels) are shipped in envelopes with PADDING and/or CARDBOARD backing to protect your merchandise.
OVERSIZE/SPECIAL SHIPPING
Oversize items (fans, large microfiber towels, muffler towels, T-shirts & apparel, visual books) are shipped in BOXES to ensure your merchandise arrives in perfect condition. Specialty items are also shipped with extra packaging to protect the integrity of the original packaging.
NOTE: Customers MUST enter their correct shipping location at checkout. Extra charges will apply if orders are returned due to an incorrect shipping address.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Basic shipping rates apply to all orders that fit into a large envelope.
Oversize shipping rates apply to all orders that include at least 1 oversize item.

Q:
What items are oversize?
A:
Fans, Visual Books, T-shirts, Lunchboxes, Large Towels are typical oversize items that require extra shipping & packaging costs. For more information on product sizes, please visit our Product Sizes page.
Q:
If I order more than one oversize item, how many times will the oversize shipping & packaging fee be added to my order?
A:
The oversize shipping & packaging fee is only added to your order one time, regardless of how many items are included in your order. If you order 1 oversize item or 10 oversize items, your flat rate shipping cost will be the same.
Q:
If my order requires more than one envelope/box, will I be charged extra shipping?
A:
No. The same flat rate shipping is added to each order regardless of quantity.
Q:
Can I combine shipping on separate orders?
A:
Unfortunately, HelloStoreUSA cannot combine separate orders.
If you wish to receive all your goods in one shipment, you may cancel your previous orders and place a new order for all your desired goods. Please note that:
- some orders cannot be cancelled if we have already ordered the items from the manufacturer;
- items with limited quantities are not guaranteed to be available for new orders if you cancel your existing order.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
A:
Special Order items usually arrive at our warehouse in 6-8 weeks after you place your order. Once items are received, orders usually ship from our warehouse in 2-3 business days.
Q:
How can I track my order?
A:
Log in to your account, then click on the "Orders" link in the My Account section (on the right of the page).
Click on your order number, and the tracking number will be displayed in your order information.
Click on the tracking number to see the shipping status of your order.
Q:
How long does it take for my order to arrive once it's shipped from your warehouse?
A:
Standard shipping time is 5-10 days for customers in the continental USA.
Standard shipping time is 7-14 days for international orders.
International shipments sometimes take 2-4 weeks to complete delivery to the customer.
The USPS will not update their website information until delivery has been completed.

If more than 4 weeks have expired since the ship date of your package, please contact your local post office to see if your package is being held for VAT taxes or failed delivery. If you have contacted your post office and they cannot locate your package, please contact us so we can investigate further.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Our staff makes every effort to package and ship your merchandise with care.
If your products are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at THIS LINK and we will send you return & replacement instructions.
