Due to increased customer reports of damage to T-shirts & related T-shirt set accessories, shirts will now be shipped as oversize items. In every case of reported damage, customers have been shipped replacement items or issued full refunds. HelloStoreUSA is committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
ABOUT LOCAL AREA TAXES:
HelloStoreUSA is legally required to accurately list the purchase amount/value on each shipment.
Customers are responsible for GST, PST, VAT or any other applicable taxes for your area.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All items from HelloStoreUSA ship from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV.
Small or foldable items (photo cards, phone straps, mini-towels) are shipped in envelopes with PADDING and/or CARDBOARD backing to protect your merchandise.
Oversize items (fans, large microfiber towels, muffler towels, T-shirts & apparel, visual books) are shipped in LARGE BOXES to ensure your merchandise arrives in perfect condition.
NOTE: Customers MUST enter their correct shipping location at checkout. Extra charges will apply if orders are returned due to an incorrect shipping address.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Regular shipping rates apply to all orders that fit into a large envelope.
Oversize shipping rates apply to all orders that include at least 1 oversize item.

What items are oversize?
A:
Fans, Visual Books, T-shirts, Lunchboxes, Large Towels are typical oversize items that require extra shipping & packaging costs. For more information on product sizes, please visit our Product Sizes page.

If I order more than one oversize item, how many times will the oversize shipping & packaging fee be added to my order?
A:
The oversize shipping & packaging fee is only added to your order one time, regardless of how many items are included in your order. If you order 1 oversize item or 10 oversize items, your flat rate shipping cost will be the same.
Q:
If my order requires more than one envelope/box, will I be charged extra shipping?
A:
No. The same flat rate shipping is added to each order regardless of quantity.

How long does it take for my order to ship?
A:
All orders will ship from our warehouse in 2-3 business days.

How can I track my order?
A:
Log in to your account, then click on the "Orders" link in the My Account section (on the right of the page).
Click on your order number, and the tracking number will be displayed in your order information.
Click on the tracking number to see the shipping status of your order.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Standard shipping time is 5-10 days for customers in the continental USA.
Standard shipping time is 7-14 days for international orders.

What if my order arrives damaged?
