WHY are new items listed as Special Order?
All new items are listed as Special Order to allow equal purchasing opportunity for all our customers. Selected items are restocked later based on sales popularity and customer requests.

This list is updated nightly.

IMPORTANT NOTES
Items listed in the SPECIAL ORDER section are limited supply items that are subject to manufacturer availability. These items will be ordered only after you complete your purchase.
Your credit card / PayPal account will be charged when you place your order.

Special Orders may not be cancelled once we have ordered the items from Up Front or HelloShop in Japan. SPECIAL ORDER items will begin shipping from our warehouse 6-8 weeks from the time of purchase.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If your SPECIAL ORDER item is not available, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price + shipping. You will also receive a 5% gift certificate for your next order at HelloStoreUSA.

SHIPPING
Any order that has mixed IN STOCK and SPECIAL ORDER items will NOT ship separately.
You will receive your order in one shipment when the SPECIAL ORDER items are ready to ship.
